• Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture the K-pop fan community in Indonesia.
• Plan and execute engaging events, campaigns, and initiatives to foster community interaction and participation.
• Monitor and moderate community platforms to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all members.
• Generate creative content, discussions, and activities to stimulate ongoing engagement and excitement within the community.
• Act as a liaison between the community and the organization, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively identify and address conflicts or issues within the community, utilizing conflict resolution techniques and crisis management protocols when necessary.
