Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Assist in managing and moderating online community forums and social media channels, including engaging with members, responding to inquiries, and fostering discussions.
  • Help plan and organize community events, contests, and activities to promote engagement and participation among members.
  • Monitor community feedback and sentiment, identifying trends and insights to inform strategic initiatives and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and create engaging content tailored to community interests and preferences.
  • Support community outreach efforts, including reaching out to potential partners, influencers, and collaborators to expand community reach and impact.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing community metrics and performance indicators to assess engagement levels and measure the success of community initiatives.


  • Passion for Korean culture, including K-pop, K-drama, and other aspects of Korean entertainment and lifestyle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with community members effectively and build positive relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  • Familiar with Korean language is a plus
