Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage communication with community members through WhatsApp
- Conceptualize and manage ideas for online events, such as Kuliah WhatsApp (Kulwap) and webinars
- Assist in offline events by facilitating the registration process
- Acquire potential marketing affiliates to join the community
- Maintain online group chats with affiliates and monitor ongoing projects with the brand
- Develop new content ideas for chat conversations on a weekly basis
- Recruit leaders for the WhatsApp Group community
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms, community engagement, and event management
- A creative thinker with a passion for fostering online communities
- Solid grasp of online community dynamics and current social media trends
- Willing to work in a hybrid setting from BSD, Tangerang (2 days per week in the office)
- Able to commit to a 6-month internship
