  • Interact with the K-Pop audience and community on various social media platforms.
  • Create and manage interesting content to encourage community growth and engagement.
  • Organize and host virtual and in-person events for K-Pop fans.
  • Monitor community feedback and trends to provide insights for content and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Respond to community questions and manage relationships with influencers and key partners.
  • Analyze community metrics and prepare reports to track engagement and growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Relevant experience in a similar field is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of K-Pop culture and trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to create engaging content to attract the audience.
