We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic operator to lead growth initiatives for AIP, Y Ventures Group’s AI-powered learning intelligence platform focused on higher education, exam preparation, and career-outcome learning in Indonesia. This role will drive partnerships, monetization, institutional relationships, and go-to-market initiatives while working closely with leadership to shape commercialization strategy, pricing, user growth, and ecosystem expansion in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment. A strong understanding of the Indonesian edtech landscape, user behavior, and ecosystem dynamics is essential to identify scalable opportunities and build commercially viable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy & Execution: Lead and execute commercial growth strategies for AIP, including partnership development, monetization initiatives, market penetration, and strategic expansion opportunities.
- Publisher & Content Partnerships: Drive commercial discussions and relationship management with publishers, content owners, and institutional partners to support content licensing, collaboration models, and revenue-sharing opportunities.
- Monetization Development: Support the commercialization of premium learning modules including CPNS preparation, certification learning, and future paid verticals through pricing strategy, partnership structures, and market validation initiatives.
- Go-to-Market Coordination: Work cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure commercial priorities align with product rollout, user acquisition, and retention goals.
- Business Development Pipeline: Identify and evaluate strategic collaboration opportunities across education, professional learning, recruitment, and institutional ecosystems that can strengthen AIP’s long-term growth and positioning.
- Strategic Ecosystem Building: Help position AIP as a trusted AI learning platform within Indonesia’s higher education and career-outcome learning ecosystem through partnerships, campaigns, and institutional engagement initiatives.
- Commercial Operations & Scaling: Establish scalable commercial processes, partnership workflows, reporting structures, and execution standards as the business scales from pilot-stage validation into broader deployment.
Kualifikasi
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or related field is a strong plus.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, commercial strategy, growth, consulting, or ecosystem-building roles, preferably within technology companies, digital platforms, startups, or high-growth businesses.
- Experience in edtech, campus ecosystems, digital consumer products, publisher partnerships, or growth-stage technology businesses is required, with a strong understanding of Indonesia’s higher education and digital learning ecosystem.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of technology products, digital platforms, product-led growth dynamics, user acquisition, monetization strategy, and ecosystem-driven business models is required.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, AI-native workflows, learning platforms, or data-driven digital products is a strong plus.
- Able to operate both strategically and executionally, including building commercial frameworks while also driving hands-on execution across partnerships, growth initiatives, and ecosystem development.
- Strong experience managing external stakeholders, institutional relationships, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities, structure partnership initiatives, and support monetization and market expansion efforts.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and working within fast-moving, evolving business environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to represent the business externally and influence decision-making internally.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s higher education, student, youth, professional learning, or digital ecosystem landscape is a bonus.
