Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Experience working with niche markets like makeup artists/beauty enthusiast and familiarity with end consumer engagement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and marketing sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry, specifically the MUA community, and an ability to create brand and sales strategies that cater to this niche.
- Willing to do WFO (Bandung)
