Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the Commercial Legal team in reviewing and preparing commercial agreements, NDAs, letters, and other legal documents in accordance with the Company’s approved templates and guidelines.
- Assist with legal research on laws and regulations relevant to the Company’s business activities, particularly in e-commerce, technology, retail, distribution, logistics, and other commercial matters.
- Assist in administering and monitoring commercial agreements and legal requests to ensure proper documentation and timely completion in accordance with applicable Legal Team SLAs.
- Support other legal and administrative activities as assigned by the Commercial Legal team.
Kualifikasi
Final-year law student or fresh graduate from a reputable university.
Strong interest in commercial law and in-house legal practice, particularly within the e-commerce, technology, retail, distribution, logistics, and/or digital business sectors.
Basic understanding of contract law and commercial agreements. Previous internship, moot court, legal research, or contract drafting experience is an advantage.
Good legal research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to summarize legal issues clearly and concisely.
High attention to detail and willingness to learn how to identify contractual and legal risks.
Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable coordinating with different internal stakeholders.
Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, particularly for reading and preparing legal documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning contract management, legal technology, and AI-enabled tools used by the Legal Team.
Able to work independently with appropriate supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
