Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Distributor Management Specialist to join our team on-site. In this full-time, career-focused role, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy and managing key distributor relationships to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience who thrives in a dynamic, office-based environment and is ready to take ownership of our distribution network. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to optimize distributor performance and expand market reach. - Serve as the primary point of contact for key distributors, building strong, long-term partnerships. - Monitor and analyze distributor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors to ensure mutual profitability and alignment with corporate goals. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and promotional alignment. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic guidance to distributors to improve sales efficiency. Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in distributor management, channel sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing Commercial Strategy to drive business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage high-value distributor relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using market data to make strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our corporate office and travel as required for distributor visits.
- A mature professional approach with the capability to lead strategic initiatives independently.
