Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menginput dan memastikan keakuratan informasi mengenai SKU (item/produk jualan) seperti deskripsi produk, foto, harga, ketersediaan, ukuran, halaman kategori, serta informasi produk terkait lainnya.
- Menyiapkan laporan atau dokumen yang dibutuhkan secara rutin.
- Menangani keluhan customer, serta mengeskalasi ke departemen terkait jika diperlukan.
Kualifikasi
- Mahasiswa aktif atau lulusan baru dari jurusan Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, Ekonomi, atau bidang lain yang relevan.
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan/atau Google Workspace dengan baik.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman (magang/proyek) terkait pengelolaan data atau administrasi.
- Bersedia dengan lokasi magang di area Meruya, Jakarta Barat.
