Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
Review call reports to ensure collectors are making sufficient phone contacts each day; no limited tasks related to directly contacting debtors regarding overdue payments.
Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
Take proactive actions to encourage timely debt payments.
Handle debtor inquiries and complaints.
Investigate historical data related to each account.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with debtors to prevent future payment issues.
Maintain accurate records and report on collection activities.
Organize team members, including shift scheduling.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Strong English communication skills are required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Preferably a Supervisor with experience in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with databases and operational systems.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
