Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Support collection team to handle administration things, include but no limited to: manpower calculation; information collection; making daily performance and attendance report; tech issue feedback and make record;
Provide training to collection team when have new strategy or new function
Observe team situation and give feedback to manager and HQ
Search for news that related to finance industry, evaluate the risk of bad news and give update to team

Kualifikasi

Communicate fluently in English(if can speak Chinese is much more preferred)
Able to handle data, making reports, fluently using EXCEL, sensitive with data, can find problem when report have mistake or performance have strange decrease trend
Good at making PPT(better have example)
Have collection background / worked in collection area more than 2 years
Can provide new idea and proposal to help collection team
Have a clear logic, good communication skill and and public speaking skill
Quick learner, smart thinker, flexible, have ability to handle emergency situation, have ability to summarize from the past mistake and give effective solution, self-discipline and self-motivated
