We are seeking an experienced Collection Manager to lead and oversee collection operations for both productive financing (Heavy Equipment and Invoice Financing) and automotive financing (Car and Motorcycle). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing recovery strategies, optimizing collection performance, and leading teams to achieve portfolio quality targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective collection strategies for productive and consumer financing portfolios.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance (Current Rate, flow rate, roll rate, NPL) and recommend strategic actions.
- Lead, coach, and supervise the collection team (desk Collection, Field Collection, Collection Supervisor and third-party collectors).
- Manage repossession and asset recovery processes for heavy equipment and automotive loans.
- Review and propose restructuring, settlement, or repossession proposals in accordance with company policy.
- Manage and evaluate performance of third-party agencies to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present collection performance reports and recovery improvement plans to management.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digital initiatives to enhance collection efficiency.
- Handle escalated and complex collection cases, providing guidance and resolution direction.
Kualifikasi
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collection management within multi-finance or banking industry, covering both productive and consumer financing.
- Proven success in managing delinquency, NPL recovery, and third-party collection operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Indepth understanding of repossession, restructuring, and recovery processes for Heavy Equipment and Automotive.
- Familiar with financial industry regulations and consumer protection standards.
- High integrity, resilience, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willing to Travel for business purposess Frequently.
