This isn't a job. This is a call for a true partner to build a secure and intelligent platform from the ground up.
We're looking for a co-founder who is ready to go all-in on a massive opportunity.
At MochaEase, we have a head start on building the central nervous system for modern businesses. Our functional MVP is built, and we leverage AI tools to accelerate execution. Now, we need a technical leader to architect our next phase of growth, ensuring our platform is scalable, intelligent, and above all, secure.
This is a high-reward opportunity for someone excited by a foundational equity stake and ready to join a founding team as we sprint towards our first funding round.
The Opportunity: A Launchpad to True Ownership
- Architect a Trusted Platform: Take our existing MVP and evolve its architecture to handle secure transactions and sensitive business data at scale.
- Accelerate with Modern Tools: Hit the ground running with an existing product built on Flutter, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and GCP, and a culture of using AI for efficiency.
- A Co-Founder's Equity Stake: Receive a foundational equity stake as a true partner in the company you're helping build.
- Define the Future: Build our engineering culture around security, performance, and innovation.
What You'll Do: Architect, Secure, Build, Lead
- Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end technical vision across our stack (Flutter for mobile, Next.js for web, PostgreSQL for data, and GCP for infrastructure).
- Champion Application Security: Design and implement a robust security posture from the ground up to safeguard user data and financial transactions.
- Hands-On System Design & Development: Lead by example in building a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Team & Fundraising Leadership: Play a key role in the technical diligence for our pre-seed funding.
Who We're Looking For: The Secure, Entrepreneurial Architect
- A Security-First Mindset: A solid understanding of application security principles (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and experience building systems that process sensitive information.
- Deep Full-Stack Expertise: Frontend: Expertise in Flutter and modern web frameworks like Next.js/React.
- Backend & Database: Strong experience designing scalable backend services and architecting relational databases like PostgreSQL.Cloud & DevOps: Proven experience deploying secure, scalable infrastructure on GCP (or AWS/Azure).
- System Design Acumen: You think in terms of scalable, resilient systems, API design, and building for high availability.
- The Efficiency Mindset: You actively use AI coding assistants and other modern tools** as a force multiplier.
- The Founder's Mentality:* You are resilient, resourceful, and committed to the long-term vision.
