Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menghadiri Daily Meeting dengan Divisi Ad Ops Sponsorship
- Melakukan pengecekan inventory dari masing-masing brand yang tap in pada Sports
- Melakukan Recaping dan Reporting dari masing-masing Brand yang tap in pada sports mulai dari bukti tayang hingga angka report performance
- Monitoring dan recording sports seperti Liga 1, EPL, Liga 2 sesuai jadwal match dan campaign regular yang ada
- Melakukan request beberapa Inventory / benefit kepada tim ops Vidio seperti request Breaking Banner & Banner Live Shopping kepada tim CRM dengan mencantumkan detail material (KV,LP,title,desc)
- Melakukan Recapping dari angka performance hasil penayangan breaking banner dan banner live shoping
- Melakukan request KV kepada tim design dengan mengikuti anjuran/SOP sesuai dengan Inventory yang berlaku.
- Melakukan pengecekan sikronisasi jadwal match sports dengan jadwal aslinya.
- Membuat materi untuk penayangan TVC EPL dan melakukan pengecekan untuk notes materi TVC dari client
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a related major (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or other relevant fields).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fast response and proactive in handling tasks and communications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in checking inventory, reports, and schedules.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and reporting.
- Initiative-driven and able to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with multiple divisions.
