Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
- Proven expertise in Clinical Trial Management, including study protocol adherence and patient recruitment/retention strategies.
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA guidelines.
- Proficiency in Data Management & Entry and experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Systems.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated PROBLEM-SOLVING & CRITICAL THINKING abilities in a research setting.
- Thorough knowledge of the Informed Consent Process and medical terminology.
