Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Will be fully responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maximum utilization of the company's distributed clinical/medical applications. This role encompasses advanced troubleshooting, user training (for doctors, nurses, and technicians), and technical coordination with our principals (vendors).
Kualifikasi
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya or Jakarta.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Biomedical Engineering, Electromedical Engineering, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Application Support or Technical Support role, preferably within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or IT Healthcare industries (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of Clinical Laboratory Products, particularly In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) medical devices. Familiarity with specific diagnostic platforms is highly valued.
- Proven experience in technical training or support for specific brands like Virtue, Siemens, or Ortho.
- ready for frequent mobile work/travel.
