Responsibilities of UA Testing Role

What you’ll do

  • Test new features end-to-end: UI, workflows, edge cases, and cross-browser behavior
  • Create and maintain test cases and test plans—and use AI to accelerate coverage (with human judgment)
  • Write excellent bug reports with clear repro steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting evidence
  • Run regression testing before releases and validate fixes quickly
  • Partner with developers and product to clarify acceptance criteria and catch risks early
  • Support API testing (e.g., Postman) and basic data checks when needed
  • Contribute to test automation using AI (even if you’re early in your automation journey)
  • Help improve QA efficiency through better templates, smarter prioritization, and AI-powered workflows

How we use AI in QA (what you’ll learn fast)

  • Drafting test scenarios from PRDs/user stories and converting them into structured test cases
  • Generating test data ideas, boundary/negative tests, and regression checklists
  • Assisting with automation scripts (e.g., Selenium, Cursor, ChatGPT Codex) and expanding coverage safely
  • Improving documentation quality and speed—while keeping QA accuracy high

Key Performance Indicator: Your success is measured by the reduction of UI-related "hotfixes" needed after a release and the clarity of your bug reports.

  • You independently test features and ship confident sign-offs
  • Your test cases are clear, reusable, and increasingly automation-ready
  • You contribute to automation by adding or maintaining at least a few key flows
  • You help the team move faster by using AI responsibly (fast + accurate)

Responsibilities of Customer Success Role

  • Understand the main features and benefits of the DAISI 5.0 platform, particularly the analytics and reporting components, so you can communicate them to prospective clients, support their technical questions and monitor their daily performance
  • Provide technical support and advice as required by existing and prospective clients
  • Actively educate partners on the features and functionality of the product so they can best utilize it independently
  • Support is primarily through WhatsApp although email and phone call is sometimes used. 
  • The DAISI platform will be used to answer support questions. 
  • Support hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 days a week. Five working days per week with a rotating shift system, including weekends.
  • As a startup, you may be expected to work outside normal business hours when necessary until the task is completed. Shift schedules will be determined later.

Kualifikasi

Minimum TOEFL score of 500+

We’re looking for someone who’s smart, proactive, and excited to learn. You don’t need to know everything on day one—we’ll help you ramp up.

  • Strong English communication skills — can explain things simply and clearly in English because we also support Malaysia and Philppines
  • Strong ownership — you close the loop, not just forward messages
  • Comfortable with tools like WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and task tracking
  • Tech-curious — enjoys learning products such as AI agents including ChatGPT Codex and Claude Code, troubleshooting, and improving processes
  • Bonus: experience with ticketing tools like Jira / Zendesk / Freshdesk
