  • Developing communication strategies to improve company quality
  • Evaluate and plan strategic relationships between the company and clients
  • Present and maintain the company's image in the eyes of clients
  • Share company-related information with external parties


  • Proven experience as a Public Relations or Client Relations Officer or a similar PR role
  • Experience managing multiple clients in pitching, maintaining, and cross-selling
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media
  • Strong communication ability (oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
