- Become a communication bridge between the company and external parties
- Supervise the activities of business competitors
- Building company brand identity and public awareness about the company
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
- Manage the company's reputation by creating various programs
- Create, organize, and manage company events related to product launches or other events and even create budgets
- Update and monitor content or activities on the platforms used by the company. Whether social media, website, or email
- Developing communication strategies to improve company quality
- Evaluate and plan strategic relationships between the company and clients
- Present and maintain the company's image in the eyes of clients
- Share company-related information with external parties
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Public Relations or Client Relations Officer or a similar PR role
- Experience managing multiple clients in pitching, maintaining, and cross-selling
- Proficient in MS Office and social media
- Strong communication ability (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
