As a Client Advisor, your will be the representative of our luxury brand, to ensure all the customers get the best experience in our boutique, so they will get what they needed and you will achieve your goals as well.
This role will responsible to:
- Welcoming the customer, provide the best services based on the brand standard.
- Advise customer with product information and categories.
- Maintain relationship with customer.
- Handling customers’ enquiries and complaints.
- Acknowledge customers’ need and encourage them to purchase the products.
- Perform routine product merchandise and stocking process.
- Follow the brand /company SOP and regulation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in hospitality/hotel management/fashion business/fashion merchandising/communication or any other major.
- Possess a working experience in Luxury Retail/Hospitality industry will be preferable, however Fresh Graduates who is energetic, love to learn a new thing and ready to work in retail industry are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Punctual, confidence, reliable and professional.
- Able to provide exceptional customer services.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written. Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Willing to work in Boutique with shifting working setting.
