As a Claim Specialist, you will be acting as a bridge between finance team and other business units to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Role Overview :
- Processing Customer Claims
- Raising issues in Vendor Claims (loss in overclaims, budget breach, compliance risks)
- Promotional Allowance Management
- Reporting
Work Placement : Facetology Head Office. Tebet, South Jakarta
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year of experience as Claim Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc)
- Understanding in trade promotion and consumer promotion business practice
