Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Perform comprehensive surveys of vehicles involved in insurance claims, assessing damages, and capturing relevant data.
  2. Verify and cross-check all vehicle data, including photographs, repair estimates, and related documents, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Analyze the extent of damages to the vehicles and determine the cause and cost of repairs.
  4. Prepare detailed Surveyor's Proof of Loss (SPK) reports, outlining the survey findings, damages, and estimated repair costs.
  5. Communicate with clients to explain the survey results and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  6. Submit the SPK reports to the relevant parties, including insurance companies and clients, within the stipulated timelines.
  7. Ensure that all survey and claim processes adhere to company guidelines and industry regulations.
  8. Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process, addressing client inquiries and maintaining professional conduct.

Kualifikasi

  1. Diploma degree from any major
  2. Experience min 2 years in insurance industry and as claim surveyor min 1 year
