Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Memastikan proses transaksi keuangan atas permintaan nasabah dilaksanakan secara prudent, benar, akurat, serta sesuai SOP & SLA yang ditetapkan demi tercapainya kepuasan nasabah secara optimal.
  • Memberikan kualitas layanan dengan mengacu kepada Standar Layanan yang telah ditetapkan untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan mencapai target/inisiatif yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
  • Membuat Reporting sesuai kebutuhan.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimum Diploma III dengan IPK minimal 2.75 (D3) sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku
  • Usia maksimal 26 tahun (minimal selesai pendidikan Diploma)
  • Berpenampilan rapi dan sopan
  • Memiliki senyum alami, ceria, ramah
  • Komunikatif
  • Teliti, cekatan, jujur, fokus dalam bekerja
  • Memiliki motivasi tinggi dan jiwa melayani
  • Bisa bekerja dibawah tekanan
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan ataupun tulisan
