Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Factory & Supplier Coordination – Communicate with Chinese manufacturers to ensure smooth production, quality control, and timely delivery.
• Production Oversight – Manage order schedules, handle delays, and optimize supply chain processes.
• Packaging Development – Collaborate with designers or suppliers to create appealing, functional packaging.
• Quality Assurance – Monitor product quality and resolve issues with suppliers.
• Cost & Negotiation Management – Work with suppliers to optimize pricing while maintaining quality.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English – Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- • Experience in product management, manufacturing, or supply chain coordination.
- • Familiarity with packaging design and material sourcing (preferred but not mandatory).
- • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- • Ability to work across multiple time zones to coordinate with international teams.
- Preferred Skills:
- • Knowledge of import/export regulations for food, cosmetics, or consumer goods.
- • Experience in working with production teams in China.
- • Proficiency in supply chain tools or ERP software.
