This role is for Third Grounds, a sister brand of Delamibrands, currently developing a wellness compound in Alam Sutera that integrates movement, family wellness, recovery, fashion, and food in one ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Develop, review, and enhance Mighty Seeds enrichment programs to ensure they are developmentally appropriate and child-centered.
- Provide parent consultations and guidance related to children’s development and behavior.
- Support the design and delivery of parenting classes and family enrichment workshops (add-on programs).
- Collaborate with the Program & Development Team to improve class structure, learning flow, and child engagement.
- Design and conduct internal training and development programs for coaches on child development, classroom management, and positive guidance strategies.
- Observe classes and provide professional feedback and mentoring to coaches.
- Contribute to program standards, documentation, and child development guidelines across Mighty Seeds
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Psychology, preferably specializing in Child or Clinical Psychology
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist specialized in child psychology (mandatory). Please attach your valid license along with your CV
- Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance approaches
- Experience working with children, parents, or family-centered programs is preferred
- Experience in developing or evaluating child enrichment/developmental programs is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with children, parents, and educators
- Comfortable observing classes, providing feedback, and mentoring coaches
- Passionate about child development and family wellness
