Enterprise Risk Management Proficiency:

• Demonstrate expertise in Enterprise Risk Management according to ISO 27001 and OJK Regulation.
• Stay well-versed in Consumer Protection Regulations to ensure compliance.

Strategic Risk Formulation:

• Formulate comprehensive risk management and prevention strategies, maintaining customer bad debt risk and corporate operation risk at a controllable level.

Collaborative Risk Mitigation:

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with credit review, collection, product, and other teams to implement robust risk strategies.
• Evaluate and audit risk management across financial, safety, and security domains within the company.

Regulatory Liaison:

• Manage relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality regular reports (both internal and external), as required by the Group and Regulator.
