Build & Execute 360° Marketing Strategy

  • Lead paid and organic campaigns across both online and offline channels.
  • Drive performance marketing to optimize ROAS, CAC, and GMV.
  • Accelerate growth through community building, UGC, and guerrilla marketing strategies.
  • Manage customer lifecycle marketing, including after-sales engagement and retention.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives contribute to sustainable and profitable business growth.

Brand Leadership & Positioning

  • Strengthen Antarestar’s urban outdoor brand identity.
  • Develop a brand tone and voice that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
  • Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with KOL, R&D, Content, Marketing Communication, E-commerce, Finance, and Design teams.
  • Translate big creative ideas into impactful and profitable campaigns.

Data-Driven Execution

  • Develop and maintain growth dashboards (GMV, AOV, Conversion Rate, Ad Spend).
  • Conduct weekly reviews of marketing performance and campaign results.
  • Experiment with new growth channels such as TikTok, communities, PR stunts, and partnerships.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize key marketing metrics and performance indicators.

Kualifikasi

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (Fashion / FMCG / Lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Proven track record in running integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing process: market research, brand strategy, media buying, and community building.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, Marketplace, etc.).
  • Strong data-driven and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in executing creative marketing campaigns (UGC, collaborations, brand activations).
  • Strong network with KOLs, media partners, and communities.

Soft Skills

  • Fast thinker, agile, and decisive in decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate Gen Z teams effectively.
  • Creative, energetic, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent listener who can translate the CEO’s vision into tactical execution.
  • Proactive, adaptive, and capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously.
