Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring team performance throughout the development, commercialization, and mass production processes of all-new shoe models, with a focus on preventing any chemical-related issues.
- Provide coaching and development to the team, particularly in technical and soft skills, to ensure each member is capable of resolving issues related to the shoe models they are handling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field
- Have minimum 5 years of working experiences as Chemical Engineer in footwear industry
- In-depth knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes and product development stages
- Strong understanding of Chemical Engineering (CE) processes, such as Injection Phylon, Eva, Polyurethane, Rubber, Sockliner, Upper & Accessories.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and presentation skills
- High awareness of Health, Safety, and Work Environment as a top priority
- Willing to be placed in Serpong, South Tangerang
