Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or similar role.
- Proven proficiency in a range of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding and adherence to Food Safety & Hygiene Standards (HACCP).
- Excellent Recipe Execution & Consistency, ensuring dishes meet quality standards every time.
- Demonstrated ability in Kitchen Management & Organization to maintain an efficient workspace.
- Effective Teamwork & Communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff.
- Basic understanding of Inventory Management & Cost Control principles is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
