Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistent presentation and quality of dishes.
- Supervise and train kitchen members.
- Manage inventory and maintain stock levels for the section.
- Assist in planning and developing new menu items.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor and minimize food wastage.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role with a minimal 3 years of working experience.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and specific culinary techniques.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of budgeting and cost control for their section.
- Proficiency in food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to cook Chinese food is a must
