- Business Development: Identify and develop potential distributors and resellers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and resellers.
- Product Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Training and Education: Provide training and education to distributors and resellers on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of distributors and resellers.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales, preferably as a Sales Supervisor.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
