Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As our Astronaut, you will be doing:
- Managing our Astro store (FMCG & Groceries) in different channels such as GrabMart to achieve GMV targets.
- Explore, analyze, and launch new channel opportunities on different platforms outside of the existing platform.
- Establish collaboration and maintaining relationship with both external and internal team (Campaign, Marketing, Ops, & Product) to help the growth of the channels.
- Utilize data analytics for each channel to improve channels’ performance.
- Interpret and analyze data to gain insights and make informed decisions.
Kualifikasi
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- Have a good business sense, preferably someone familiar with the e-commerce and mart/grocery platforms.
- Having experience in marketing and campaign management is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (Microsoft Excel & Looker).
- Familiar with e-commerce and mart/groceries platforms market dynamics, trends, and data.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or within the mart/groceries platforms.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to set goals, timelines, and executing plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams.
