The COO will oversee daily operations of the game top-up service, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and optimal user experience. This role involves strategic leadership, process optimization, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop operational teams for maximum efficiency and growth.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, allocate resources effectively, and manage operational costs.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with game developers and payment providers.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and optimizing services.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to align operational goals with company strategy.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legal standards and mitigate operational risks to protect assets and customer data.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior operations role within the gaming, fintech, or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, payment systems, and microtransactions in the gaming sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and optimize operations to drive business growth.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively to meet business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
