Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Strategic Assistance: Support the CEO, COO, and CTO with daily tasks, planning, and project coordination.
Operations Support: Assist in tracking and coordinating SOPs across finance, procurement, and HR collaborations.
Financial & Data Support: Help prepare financial reports, budget summaries, and data insights.
HR Collaboration: Work closely with HR on recruiting processes, onboarding, and policy implementation.
Project Coordination: Assist in cross-departmental projects to streamline operational improvements.
Compliance Assistance: Help with documentation and coordination for regulatory compliance.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile data for performance reports and assist with research for decision-making.

Kualifikasi

Education: Fresh graduate or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Skills: Familiarity with financial principles and concepts; basic knowledge of finance, project management, and data analysis.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced environment.
