JOB OVERVIEW
AiSensum is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CEO Office Associate to support the Managing Director (MD) in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional with around 2 years of experience, looking to grow within the AI and marketing space. You will act as key support to the MD, helping to streamline workflows, manage projects, and ensure the smooth execution of key initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who aspires to take on more leadership responsibilities and eventually transition into a Chief of Staff or C-level role in the future!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 📅 Daily Operations: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle follow-ups to keep projects on track.
- 📝 Project Management: Oversee key AI-driven initiatives, track progress, and address bottlenecks.
- 🔍 Research & Analysis: Gather data, conduct market research, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- 🤖 AI Support: Use AI tools like ChatGPT and other language models to draft content, generate insights, and solve problems.
- 🧪 Initial Design Prototypes: Use tools like Cursor to translate ideas into draft designs and concepts.
- 📊 Reporting: Prepare performance reports and dashboards to track business metrics.
- 🏆 Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
- 🌐 Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align objectives.
- ✍️ Communication: Draft emails, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
Kualifikasi
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 🤖 Experience or familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, and similar platforms.
- 🎯 Ability to use coding and design tools like Cursor to create prototypes and workflows.
- 🚀 Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- 💼 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 🏃♂️ Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data analysis platforms.
