Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Drive & monitor selected strategic priorities end-to-end collaborating with working team throughout different division and have weekly reporting to C-level :
Control and reporting tower - Continuously track performance, progress, and achievements of assigned strategic priorities - to develop clear organization's visibility and ensure the accountability mechanism is kept in place
Advisory and problem solving partner - Conduct analysis, synthesize problem, cross-share best practices, establish guidance towards strategic changes, and drive day-to-day improvements with the working team - to ensure project is run seamlessly and any performance gaps could be optimally addressed
Testing and piloting - Work with multiple departments on testing and piloting new initiatives
Performance culture - Develop organizational pulse and identify opportunities to drive high performance culture in the organization, also working as a feedback channel to the leadership team in regards to organization inputs and concerns
Develop and manage a broad network across the organization and across level of the organization
Contribute to the development of CEO Office team, this includes the team structure's design, new members hire, and coaching/mentoring of junior members of the team

Kualifikasi

Prior working experience from consulting firms, retailers and wholesale business, or tech company with adequate exposure to strategic thinking roles and project management activities
Demonstrate strong acumens and commercial awareness, ideally with exposure to these specific experience: Leading commercial strategy in tech space, e.g. managing the customer lifecycle from activation, retention, to reactivation Leading business strategy in retail and wholesale domain, e.g. responsible towards the pricing, assortments, sales and marketing activities
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and project management skill - to be able to effectively collaborate, inspire, and drive the implementation across different teams
Excel in analytical, critical, structured thinking, and comfortable dealing with numbers
Positive team-spirit with passion to drive change & support a cohesive team collaboration
Aspiring and growth-mindset, demonstrated by willingness to learn and openness towards feedback
