Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Process business data, build dashboards, monitor trends, anomalies, and business performance indicators, and generate actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Conducting research and gathering information about the market outlook, trends, competitor analysis, and other information needed to support providing data needed for the business or management.
- Support annual planning and quarterly strategic planning activities and assist in developing initiative roadmaps and action plans.
- Develop periodic and ad-hoc reports with analysis and actionable insights to support business monitoring and decision-making.
- Coordinating and maintaining effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and business units to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor KPI/OKR achievement, prepare performance reports and identify gaps versus targets to support basic root cause analysis.
- Track project/initiative execution progress, coordinate follow-up with stakeholders on action items & deliverables, highlight risks, delays, and escalate risks or bottlenecks for resolution.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- 1 - 2 Years in Strategy Management or Project Management Office.
- Have the ability in Data Analysis, Ms. Office, and Project Management
