Plan, create, and manage creative content (photo, video, copy) for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Develop a content calendar and ensure content is published on schedule.
Write engaging copywriting/captions that match the brand voice.
Shoot photos/videos and handle the editing process until ready to publish.
Follow the latest trends and develop content ideas that are relevant to the audience.
Analyze content performance (engagement, reach, views) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams on campaigns and promotional materials.

Minimum education of high school/vocational/D3/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Visual Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Has experience/a portfolio in creating content (personal social media is a plus).
Able to use editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere/Lightroom.
Understands social media trends and the characteristics of each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Creative, communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a teamm.
