Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain good communication & relationships with merchants
- Responsible for managing & monitoring merchant's store performance from the sales output of the category merchants by conducting strategic negotiations.
- Responsible for following up and solving day-to day merchant case. Assist merchants in product optimization and join special promotions or campaigns
- Monitor merchant violation, delayed delivery, false delivery, customer service response rate tracking, and poor fit merchant finishing.
- Assisting with some digital and sports promo operations.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Minimal bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 1-2 years of merchant management experience in e-commerce/marketplace.
- Have a high interest in E-commerce, having a basic knowledge of the digital industry.
- Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English, Mandarin would be advantage.
