Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good communication & relationships with merchants
  • Responsible for managing & monitoring merchant's store performance from the sales  output of the category merchants by conducting strategic negotiations.
  • Responsible for following up and solving day-to day merchant case. Assist merchants in product optimization and join special promotions or campaigns
  • Monitor merchant violation, delayed delivery, false delivery, customer service response rate tracking, and poor fit merchant finishing.
  • Assisting with some digital and sports promo operations.

Kualifikasi

Job Requirements:

  • Minimal bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 1-2 years of merchant management experience in e-commerce/marketplace.
  • Have a high interest in E-commerce, having a basic knowledge of the digital industry.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English, Mandarin would be advantage.
