Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Accurately input PO mappings into internal systems or trackers and ensure the data is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current operational requirements.
- Liaise closely with the Quality Control (QC) and Inbound Operations teams to track delivery performance. Record rejections and under-deliveries, and maintain a clear and up-to-date inbound log for reporting and audit purposes.
- Input agreed prices into the system and ensure consistency between price records and related purchase orders (POs), supporting procurement and finance reconciliation processes.
- Extract raw operational and commercial data from various systems. Assist in formatting and preparing reports or presentation materials for the Category Management team (CatMan), ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Perform manual checks and validations of purchase orders to ensure data integrity, catch anomalies, and support exception handling where automation falls short.
- Contribute to documentation, communication, and data management processes across teams to enhance coordination and operational transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Experience in supply chain operations, data administration, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
