Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Communicate and pitch with marketplace merchants closely and drive their GMV/sales growth with monthly, quarterly, and annual planning on core products
Negotiate with merchants over SKU price and project collaboration, amplify merchants' participation in sales promos to achieve mutual growth, while sharing advice on promo optimization
Initiate strategy to help merchants grow through ads and other new projects
Monitor performance data and raise issues for optimization

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's Degree or above, any major
At least 2-3 years of work experience in Tech/Internet company (like E-commerce, E-commerce Enabler, Financial Technology), preferably with work experience as Category Operation / Merchant Operation, handling gadget or digital category
Fluent in both writing and oral English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin is a plus and would be an advantage
Good communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
Good project management and problem-solving
Responsible person with capability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders
Quick to learn market trends
