Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Leading and managing the sourcing, contract farming and on-farm initiatives.
- Building the roadmap and planning for contract farming and on-farm for the prioritized items.
- Sourcing and identifying potential suppliers and new items.
- Negotiation with suppliers on contract farming.
- Do monitoring and analysis on contract farming to understand their continuity, quality and field problems.
- Coordinate with the Buyer and Warehouse team for potential harvest capacity from contract farming initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- A bachelor's degree from reputable universities.
- Minimum have experience in Agriculture for 3 years.
- Advanced knowledge of Agriculture technical (Horticulture and Fruits).
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Ms. Excel.
- Integrity, high initiatives and motivation for field working.
- Having a driving license A will be a plus.
