Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor and update product pricing and discounts based on business rules, market data, and competitor benchmarks.
- Support planning and execution of promotional campaigns (e.g., % off, bundles, BOGO, purchase with purchase), including set-up, QA, and post-analysis.
- Collaborate with the category management team to align on pricing strategies and margin targets.
- Work with the data analytics team to measure the impact of pricing changes and promotions on revenue, units sold, and customer engagement.
- Help maintain pricing and promo data accuracy across internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
- Assist in identifying pricing and promotional opportunities using customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Support ad hoc pricing projects and weekly performance reporting.
- While you will not be individually responsible for this metric, some of the metrics that we will collectively work towards and measure is: Revenue growth & Profit margin
Kualifikasi
- 0–2 years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, category management, merchandising, finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; bonus if you know basic SQL or have worked with dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- A data-first mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both commercial and technical teams.
- Ability and interest in empathizing with customers.
