Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure the effective and timely process of jobs movement and succession process
- Maintain and monitor the database of job movement process in order of documentation/record
- Optimize service delivery for all processes in CMA department
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge or interest in career management, succession planning, and recruitment processes
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; creative and innovative
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
