Description
We are looking for a creative and detailed Campaign Associate to manage our diverse range of clients in ICN. You will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and completing ICN clients’ projects on time within budget, and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Execute campaign deliverables effectively, on schedule, and budget.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with local and international clients by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance.
- Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with the clients during and after the campaign duration
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Provide campaign updates consistently to clients about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Exercise constructive problem-solving in managing clients’ campaigns and communicating solutions effectively
- Maintaining good relationships with vendors, media outlets, and influencers to run successful marketing campaigns with third-party vendors
Nice to have
- Experience in managing a community is a plus (conducting an online forum, executing an online event)
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry trends.

We've located a 10-minute walk from Blok M MRT Station, but currently, all team members are Hybrid Working WFH & WFO
This is a fixed-term contract position with a pathway to full-time depending on performance.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- 2-3 years experienced in Campaign/Project Management
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Marketing, Business Management, Communication, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and critical problem-solving
- Proactive communication
