Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end operational processes for marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any operational issues during campaign execution.
- Manage campaign timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with the Campaign & CRM Analyst to implement segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in campaign operations or a similar role.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
