Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage requests from multiple teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed and delivered effectively.
- Oversee communication channels, including schedule, slotting, and performance.
- Manage promotions tools for campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Category, and Product teams to enhance communication channels and execution tools.
- Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets, maintaining alignment with overall campaign objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Min. 1-2 years of working experience in marketing, campaign management, or business administration is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, good analytical skills to gain insights from the campaigns
- Exceptional communication and project management skills to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams – finance, creative and operation
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities
