As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Responsible to support the end-to-end process of strategy and planning for campaign activities in Astro
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis based on internal data as well as the demand and market to create business review, strategy, iteration, as well as high-level actionable items for the campaigns.
- Develop smart, actionable recommendations, as well as experiments that can support business performance and growth.
- Manage campaign strategy and execution plan toward various target audiences.
- Work within the team to prepare for the campaign as well as deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide custom analyses to understand business trends and support business initiatives
- Lead small projects with supervision/guidance
Kualifikasi
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- 1-2 years of experience in doing growth/campaign strategy, fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Meticulous, curious, structured, and has good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills to continually provide valuable marketing and business insights
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Ms. Excel).
- Communicate well in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Type of person that can cope with multi-stakeholders and can manage various tasks from various functions.
- Self-driven, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done attitude
- Experiences in a technology company, e-commerce, online marketing, retails, or management consultancy are preferred
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
