As a Campaign Affiliate / KOL Specialist, you will lead and support end-to-end campaigns involving creators and affiliate influencers across platforms like TikTok and Shopee Live. Your role bridges brand needs with creator capabilities, focusing on campaign success, performance optimization, and strategic relationship building.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage brand campaigns involving KOLs and affiliates on TikTok and Shopee Live.
- Collaborate with brands to understand campaign goals and translate them into actionable execution plans.
- Identify, source, and onboard suitable affiliate influencers/KOLs that align with campaign needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Talent Management, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution.
- Provide KOLs/affiliators with guidance on content strategies, platform best practices, and campaign expectations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance; generate reports and actionable insights for internal and client use.
- Maintain communication and relationships with creators and brand partners, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Support creators in resolving platform-related issues (e.g., account violations or technical errors), escalating when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate/KOL marketing, campaign execution, or creator management (preferably in MCN, agency, or brand-side).
- Understanding of TikTok trends, Shopee Live features, and influencer/affiliate ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset; confident using metrics to evaluate performance and improve future campaigns.
- Proactive, organized, and adaptive to a fast-paced digital environment.
- Passionate about the creator economy, brand partnerships, and social commerce.
- Must available to work in Surabaya
