Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive, check, input, and update customer orders in SAP and XPC (buyer system).
- Manage packing activities (solid pack, mix pack, and VAS requirements).
- Coordinate with purchasing team for outer carton and VAS materials.
- Print and verify shipping marks, barcodes, and product labels (size, inner box, outer carton).
- Create and update e-packing list and VAS data in system.
- Control label and VAS usage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with buyer standards.
- Support VAS operations (repacking, tagging, stickering) and coordinate with related departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Good English communication skills (both written & spoken).
- Proficient in computer skills & MS Office – especially Excel.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined.
- Understanding of product labels and barcode (UPC/EAN) is an advantage.
