Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
  2. Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
  3. Drive and review opportunity pipeline with sales team and partners
  4. Defining product marketing communication objectives and overseeing the marketing activity execution
  5. Developing product pricing and positioning strategies

Kualifikasi

  1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any other related fields.
  2. Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous.
  3. Experience in working in a challenging business environment with proven capabilities in organizing, summarizing, and presenting complex information.
  4. Strong project management and engagement skills with the ability to manage across functions, levels, cultures, and geographies.
  5. Good communication (oral, written) and presentation skills and a proven track record in interacting with all levels of management.
  6. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - independent and objective.
  7. A strong team player with a positive attitude. Highly driven, autonomous, and resilient, who enjoys working in a dynamic and multi-cultural team and business environment.
